No show Policy

We recognize the time of our clients and coaches is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. To ensure you never miss an appointment, it’s important to keep track of their dates and times. Not receiving an electronic notice of your appointments from us does not excuse missing an appointment if the initial confirmation notification was received on
time. We acknowledge that in the event of an unforeseen circumstance, such as a power outage, unfortunate incident, illness, or inclement weather, both parties agree to reschedule the existing appointment without any additional charges or fees.


APPOINTMENT TIME:
Kindly ensure that you join your online appointment a few minutes prior to the scheduled time. Every coaching session follows a predetermined schedule. Arriving early ensures a more enjoyable and stress-free experience. If you arrive after the scheduled time, your coaching session may be shortened to fit our schedule.


LATE ARRIVAL/NO SHOW POLICY:
All appointments must start and end punctually to adhere to the schedule. If the session does not start on time because of client tardiness, the coaching time will be adjusted accordingly. However, the full charge will still apply. If a customer arrives more than 15 minutes late for their online session, the appointment will be considered a no show and they will be charged the full amount for that session.
